Ping
Response time
Ping measures how quickly your connection responds. Lower ping usually feels better for calls, gaming and live interaction.
Speed test guide
Understand your speed test result.
A speed test is a quick way to check how your connection is performing at that moment. Your result can change depending on Wi‑Fi distance, device age, background apps, downloads, router position and how many people are online.
Download
Receiving data
Download speed affects browsing, streaming, updates, video, social media and how quickly pages or files load.
Upload
Sending data
Upload speed affects video calls, sending files, cloud backups, posting content and work tools that send data out.
Before you test
Get a cleaner result.
Move close to your Wi‑Fi router.
Pause Netflix, YouTube, gaming downloads and cloud backups.
Use one testing device if possible.
Run the test twice if the first result looks strange.
If your speed stays much lower than your package after repeated tests, send your result and area to the Mazuwo team for support.
